Sweta Suresh
Learning Support Assistant
Sweta is one of Springboard’s former graduates who now provides 1:1 language and learning support to the young people across our programmes. She is studying Level 2 Childcare at College of North West London, and was a former young assistant on Kiln Theatre’s programme for unaccompanied minors.
Sweta joined the Springboard team because she wanted to support other young people with their education by helping them improve their English speaking and ability to make decisions about their own lives. She wants to motivate them to be more confident, encourage them to speak up and ensure they feel safe and secure at Springboard, especially because they came from many difficult situations. She hopes young people feel happy and enjoy their moment with everyone at Springboard!
