Rahele Roastume
Learning Support Assistant
Rahele started as a student with Springboard in 2021, became a Peer Leader in 2023 and then joined the team as an LSA in 2024. He felt very grateful for the help he received from the team and wanted to give back to incoming cohorts. Rahele supports young people across our programmes by translating information, supervising sports sessions and making sure everyone is focused on their tasks. He really loves the staff and the community of students at Springboard.
Rahele is currently studying Functional Skills Student at Barnet & Southgate College, and aspires to work in IT programming in the future. In his free time, he loves to sleep and play video games!
