Philee is committed to amplifying underrepresented voices and shifting power in philanthropy. Over the past six years, she has worked across Europe and Asia in the grantmaking sector, with a focus on participatory grantmaking.
Most recently, she has championed youth-led funding initiatives, working to expand opportunities for young people to take on leadership roles and shape funding decisions across racial justice, climate action, and gender equity.
As part of this commitment, she joined the Springboard Youth Academy to deepen her practice in advancing youth leadership. Philee holds a degree in Psychology, and her research in Clinical and Health Psychology was published in the Journal of Public Health in 2018.
