Naciza is a gender and social inclusion specialist with over a decade of experience working at the intersection of education, culture, and policy. Her work spans grassroots and global projects, translating community priorities into strategies that shape institutional systems and policy.
With deep expertise in trauma-informed youth work, feminist technologies, and anti-oppressive education, she brings a unique blend of strategic insight and cultural leadership. Naciza has led transformative programmes across the Caribbean, MENA, the UK, and the Global South, focusing on survivor-centered design, digital equity, and inclusive policy development. Her background in safeguarding and frontline youth work grounds her leadership in both structural analysis and lived experience.
She joined Springboard’s board to help reimagine education through a justice-oriented lens—supporting young people to thrive within and beyond systems not built for them.
