Tyler Fox
Founder & Programme design lead

Tyler is a refugee community services practitioner who has worked collaboratively and cross-culturally with various displaced communities in Canada and the UK. She has spent the last five years working with London’s refugee community as a welfare advocate, immigration adviser and head of youth services, overseeing projects for young people including housing, mentoring and employability, as well as training teachers, staff and volunteers on strategies for supporting young people who have recently arrived in the UK. She founded Springboard Youth Academy in response to the immense budget cuts to the education sector that have left many schools ill-equipped to provide the holistic support necessary for young refugees, asylum-seekers and unaccompanied minors to thrive. She is passionate about providing young people with the opportunities, skills and tools to push boundaries and make big contributions to their communities and the world at large.
