Tania is one of Springboard’s founding members and currently a Trustee. She’s the Founder of two London-based educational and training companies, Uber Tutors and Fearless Knowledge. Her expertise and passion lie in innovative education design, coaching and training delivery, with emphasis on emotional intelligence, EDI and leadership skills for young people and professionals.
Tania previously taught interdisciplinary and comparative law at SOAS, University of London and has worked with marginalised communities in the social justice sector in Canada, East Africa and the UK. As a conscientious educator and leader, Springboard is the ideal place for Tania’s combination of passions and skills!
