Mardin Mahmoudpour
Learning Support Assistant
Mardin is a Springboard graduate and former Peer Leader. As a Learning Support Assistant, he now provides 1:1 language and learning support to the young people across our programmes. Mardin became part of the Springboard team because he can understand and see from his own experience how important it is to know someone is watching your back and that you can rely on them – so he was looking for an opportunity to be that person for other young people. Mardin is currently studying an FEYA course, which is a mix of different lessons in Level one and GCSEs at New City College.
