Natalie is an experienced and enthusiastic youth worker and ESOL teacher. She has been involved as a facilitator with Springboard since the beginning, and is passionate about making learning fun and accessible. Outside of Springboard, she facilitates safe play for children with disabilities and coordinates the peer supported ESOL club at Young Roots. She has also spent the last year conducting a qualitative research project exploring the occupational experiences of unaccompanied minors in London. She has recently qualified as an Occupational Therapist and works in a therapeutic day centre in a male prison. Natalie believes in the power of meaningful activities to transform everyday lives and loves Springboard’s holistic approach to learning.
